Product Manager – Manchester/Hybrid Working- £70k
On behalf of our global market-leading client based in Manchester City Centre, we are recruiting for an experienced Product Manager. As Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing new digital product concepts, designs, and/or enhancements to their global platform that are data-driven and reflect market and user requirements.
The Product Manager will be responsible for:
- Conduct research to gain deep customer understanding and empathy
- Analyze competitive landscape
- Monitor and incorporate industry innovations as input for product improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with other members of the team, to the definition and vision behind products and services within a geographical market.
- Create and define user persona, functional requirements, business rules, process workflows, use cases and other descriptive outcomes to enable product development.
- Coordinate release planning in support of evolving market needs, prioritize changes and participate in design reviews to ensure solutions meet user needs.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success/failure
- Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision making
The Product Manager will have the following:
- Strong previous experience in product management, technology, or product marketing
- Demonstrated success utilizing human-centred design and/or design thinking to develop actionable strategies
- Ability to serve as a technical product expert for sales, client support and other departments, and support the new release process.
