Product Manager – Hybrid Working – Up to £40k
On behalf of our well-established client based in Manchester, we are recruiting for a passionate Product Manager. As Product Manager, you will work collaboratively with other teams to help support product creation from concept to go live across mobile, desktop, app and in-store.
The Product Manager will be responsible for:
- The creation of the product roadmap, delivery and success of any improvements, features or new innovative concepts across different digital channels, as well as managing a product roadmap
- Identifying areas of improvement that will contribute to increased sales and improved customer experience, managing these from concept to go live and beyond
- Managing projects end to end, including working closely with conversion & UX teams, developing wireframes, QA, UAT and post-launch reviews and ongoing optimisation.
- Ensuring bugs are identified and resolved promptly by working alongside conversion and support teams as well as suppliers
- You will work closely with conversion & UX teams, BA’s, project managers, developers, suppliers and testers to help the business implement our strategy and further enhance the market-leading multi-channel offering
- Quality and user experience will be at the heart of everything you do, driving improvements and changes that help deliver quicker to market whilst giving customers the best possible experience.
The Product Manager will have the following:
- Strong stakeholder management skills to influence multiple teams
- Good understanding of online customer behaviour
- Understanding of and passion for product usability, UX and customer journey
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working in an eCommerce role
- Knowledge of multi-channel best practice
- Awareness & understanding of the latest digital trends
