Project Manager – Remote working – Up to £500 per day
On behalf of our industry-leading client based in Manchester, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join on a 3/6-month contract. As Project Manager, you will act as the key point of contact for all projects, ensure projects can run as smoothly as possible, and plan and successfully mitigate risks.
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Project/sprint planning
- Leading project/sprint ceremonies
- Leading project teams
- Project status reporting
- Risk mitigation and communication of assumptions, issues, and key dependencies
- Responsible for the successful delivery of projects to clients on time and to budget
- Agree on scope or schedule variance with internal stakeholders and client and raise change requests where necessary
- Ensure all issues blocking the delivery of a project are addressed and resolved swiftly
The Project Manager will have the following:
- An excellent communicator who can effectively communicate project status to both senior client stakeholders and the project team
- A strong team player who enjoys working with a variety of people and can get the best out of everyone
- Assertive and able to manage conflicting priorities and views well
- Experience in a digital agency and with Mobile
