Project Manager – Hybrid Working - Circa £50-65K
On behalf of our industry-leading client based near Leeds, we are recruiting a number of talented Project Managers. As Project Manager, you will clearly and thoroughly identify the project scope, identify, and schedule the work required to fulfill and direct and motivate the project team.
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Manage time, cost, and quality activities, meetings, and reporting in line with the Delivery Framework.
- Ensure all necessary cross-functional teams and skillsets are identified and that justification or prioritization for such resources is clear in the event of constraints arising because of other work responsibilities.
- Ensure project costs (people and resources) are appropriately recorded and continually tracked against a project budget
- Understand what constitutes an end-to-end cross-functional schedule for a project and create a valid plan to deliver this. Plan each project in sufficient detail to ensure the identification of cross-portfolio dependencies and understanding of critical paths and key milestones
- Ensuring project scope is continuously understood by all stakeholders throughout the project.
The Project Manager will have the following:
- Previous experience working as a Project Manager, managing software developers
- E-commerce experience is highly preferred
- Knowledge of both Agile and waterfall methodologies
- Confidence to juggle a wide range of projects at any given time
- The ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Solid risk and issue management experience, governance planning, and finance/cost control
