QA Engineer – Remote - £30k - £40k
All interviews and on boarding are being conducted remotely during this time.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced QA engineer to join a growing ecommerce business on a remote basis.
The duties of the QA Engineer will include but not be limited to:
- Working with the development teams to determine product testing parameters
- Writing test plans and creating test cases for our products
- Implementing the appropriate engineering practices and tooling for continuous delivery and testing (TDD & BDD)
- Coaching and training individuals and teams in good DevOps and engineering practices and tools
- Developing new tests for the front-end and back-end APIs and services (unit, integration, end-to-end, and performance testing)
- Configuring automated tests to execute reliably and efficiently in CI/CD environments
The successful QA Engineer will have.
- A minimum of 3 years’ commercial experience within automation testing or SDET
- Will have developed frameworks with Javascript and Postman
- Have experience of working with development practices such as unit testing, TDD and BDD
Desirable skills include
- Experience of cloud technologies
- Experience working in Ecommerce
