Resource Coordinator – Cheshire – Up to £40k
On behalf of our growing client based in Cheshire, we are recruiting for an enthusiastic Resource Coordinator. As Resource Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling our clients’ professional service resources over the period of days to weeks to ensure that customers are given an excellent service and that the resources are used efficiently.
The Resource Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Examining incoming orders considering priority and impact on existing projects, creation of simple project plans, and allocating the project according to skillset and availability
- Understanding the order requirements and liaising with the various teams as appropriate
- To work as a member of an empowered team with a sense of collective responsibility and purpose and to provide support and advice to colleagues.
- To provide effective internal and external communications.
- To promote and practice a high standard of customer care, ensuring the customer receives regular updates on allocation and progress
- To advise the Implementation Manager of possible current and future service needs to ensure that all resources are adequately planned for and managed.
The Resource Coordinator will have the following:
- Education to GCSE level
- Experience in using MS applications
- Have excellent communication skills with both customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
- Organisation skills and the ability to manage your own workload
- Ability to work accurately under pressure
- Confidence to present to management
