Sales Manager – Manchester - £50k - £60k plus coms

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to join a growing managed service provider.
The duties of the Sales Manager will include but not be limited to:
- Leading, coaching and Managing a team of salespeople
- Customer engagement
- Manging the performance of the team
- Making the right hires
- Representing the company - Its capability and its Values
- Vendor engagement – Relationship and knowledge
The successful Sales Manager will have.
- Led salespeople and teams against a sales quota
- Knowledge of the sales process – e.g. TAS, SPIN, ‘Blue Sheets’
- Solid performance management experience – High performance and low performance
- Have experience working for a managed IT services provider
It is essential that the successful candidate can has previous commercial experience and a strong history of meeting and exceeding targets.
