Scrum Master – Fully Remote – Up to £60k
On behalf of our growing client, we are recruiting for a talented Scrum Master. As Scrum Master, you will help maximise the ROI, empower the development team to achieve/exceed each sprint goal, conduct the role as a servant leader, and help quickly resolve issues that jeopardize the sprint goal.
The Scrum Master will be responsible for:
- Support The Product Owner
- Create the Product vision with the Product Owner
- Create the release plan with the Product Owner
- Develop the Product backlog with the Product Owner
- Develop Epics and Features with the Product Owner
- Command a high-level understanding of the Product
- Collaborate with adjacent Product Owners
- Support The Development Team
- Resolve impediments/roadblocks
- Improve throughput through generating accurate estimates and focusing on resource planning
- Apply metrics-based performance evaluation
The Scrum Master will:
- Be 100% devoted to delivering value to the customer
- Serving and supporting a Product team to complete stated sprint goals and meet release schedules
- Assessing the maturity of Product teams and continuously improving overall performance
- Working with geographically and culturally diverse teams (US, UK & India specifically)
- Becoming familiar with the new subject matter quickly and having a broad background of all facets of the Product team
- Choosing the right tools/methods for the right engagement
- Continuously keeping current on Lean/Agile methodologies/tools through researching externally and creating internal communities
