Senior Delivery Lead – Manchester.
Our client based in Manchester is currently looking for a skilled Senior Delivery Lead. You will be looking for a growing Financial Technology company that is looking to enhance its customer experience.
Role and Responsibilities of the Senior Delivery Lead:
- Have a good working knowledge of Agile delivery processes
- Guide, motivate, and coach the team(s) in the regular, iterative delivery of features
- Work closely with Project managers to identify and manage inter-dependencies
- Maintain adherence to agile principles and processes
- Facilitate communication in and out of the delivery team(s)
- Takes ownership of your work, your skills, and your career progression
- Be someone who enjoys a challenge and enjoys working on complex projects
Evolve the Delivery Process:
- Maintain adherence to agile processes
- Extensive experience with Agile techniques such as User Story Mapping, Continuous Integration, Pair Programming, TDD, and Automated Testing.
- Ensure adherence to agile principles
- Facilitation of ceremonies
- Evolve agile ways of working with new tools and techniques
- Keep abreast of advancements in Agile delivery
Essential Criteria:
- Strong experience in delivering in an agile environment
- Advanced Certification in Scrum - A-CSM/ PSM2 or similar
- Strong facilitation skills
- Ability to guide, motivate, and influence the delivery team
- Be self-motivated and enthusiastic whilst remaining organized and methodical
