Senior Frontend Developer – Manchester/Fully Remote - £65k

On behalf of our rapidly growing client based in Manchester, we are recruiting for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer. As Senior Frontend Developer, you will help build and execute on the existing strategy focused on consistently improving their codebase and releasing new features.

The Senior Frontend Developer will be responsible for:

Work on Vue.js (v2 + v3) projects
Support with migration from a C# .net website to Nuxt.js CMS-powered static site
Constantly looking at solutions that can help improving performance and innovate their frontend
Collaborate with the design team and other stakeholders to produce high-quality customer journeys
Maintain their existing website project with new features and optimizations
Contribute to the estimation and implementation of user stories/requirements helping to shape their technical design, UX and implementation

The Senior Frontend Developer will have the following:

Strong frontend development experience
Experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g Vue.js, React, Angular)
A love of high-quality HTML, JavaScript and CSS (SCSS)
Experience working with and leading other frontend developers
Experience working with designers to convert complex designs to beautiful code
Understanding of responsive web development
Experience using source control (Git, GitHub, BitBucket, GitLab)
Understanding of SEO and speed optimization best practices
