Senior Product Owner - Manchester - £80k
Adria Solutions Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Product Owner to join our forward thinking client in Manchester. As a Senior Product Owner, you will build and execute a strategy focused on winning new customers by launching new features and services, while having full ownership of the P & L for our client.
The duties of the Senior Product Owner will include but not be limited to:
• Take full ownership of the customer end-to-end journey
• Own and deliver revenue and profit targets
• Help formulate product strategy and help translate this into detailed requirements and work closely with design, development, UX and analytics teams to deliver journeys that are delightful to consumers providing seamless user experience
• Develop excellent understanding of our core customer as well as the credit cards market so you can help us serve consumers better and grow our market share
• Work with paid media and CRM teams to establish and further grow existing marketing initiatives that will help us deliver set targets and increase revenue and profit
• Collaborate with growth analytics team to establish KPIs and perform ongoing A/B tests to optimise journeys and achieve excellence in every aspect of design, development and performance
Essential skills and experience:
• Strong B2C Product experience ideally with a retail or challenger bank background
• Agile
• You have proven track record in translating and implementing business strategy into successful digital products
• You are commercially minded, appreciating and using the impact digital experiences have on customer outcomes and business results
• You have exceptional analytical and communication skills
• You are keen and excited to become part of a completely data-driven business, working in highly regulated industry with a lot of complexity
• You are comfortable working with diverse teams and key business partners to navigate a fast-paced changing environment
