Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SDRs to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Drive B2B sales by identifying and engaging with key decision-makers

- Coach and support SDRs to improve their sales techniques and performance
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and positioning
