Service Delivery Manager – Hybrid Working
On behalf of our growing client based in Manchester, we are recruiting for an enthusiastic Service Delivery Manager. As Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering the best IT experience for the end-user, from the pre-boarding to the onboarding of your colleagues, as well as their in-life support.
The Service Delivery Manager will:
- Act as an ambassador for IT, working across the departments within the company to provide effective communication on IT matters.
- Build good working relationships with other teams to ensure effective dialogue between departments.
- Own the end-user collaboration technology stack, where you will be able to deliver your vision of what a good end-user collaboration toolset and solution should look like.
- Own the management and creation of operational metrics and drive service improvements.
- Provide oversight on the change management process as well as drive problem management.
- Work with a 3rd party to ensure the bank service and platform availability
The Service Delivery Manager will have:

- Self-motivation and a strong sense of ownership
- A person who has deep experience in managing 3rd parties and vendors
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
