Interviewing and onboarding for this role will be going ahead remotely while Covid-19 restrictions are in place.
On behalf of our successful client based in Manchester, we are recruiting for a number of Solution Architects / Presales. As Solution Architect you will be responsible for leading the technical relationship with both new and existing clients as a subject matter expert and build an in-depth understanding of the desired customer experiences that they envision and architect an appropriate solution.
The Solution Architect / Presales will be responsible for:
- Lead technology-focused discovery sessions with clients at all levels to fully understand their current environment, business processes and desired ‘To Be’ state.
- Walk clients through possible solutions via demos, workshops, and presentations to outline how the platform delivers customer experience transformation and business value overall; and to outline UX/benefits for specific users such as agents, supervisors, managers, and system administrators.
- Provide direct support for the fulfilment of RFP’s as required.
- Collaborate with prospect to plan and lead Proof of Concept projects & trials, assisting/guiding as needed with any enterprise software integrations.
- Provide handover documentation, such as Discovery documents and high-level technical summaries, to ensure a smooth transition to onboarding teams.
