SQL Developer – Hybrid Working - Up to £45k
On behalf of our growing client based in Manchester, we are recruiting a talented SQL Developer.
The SQL Developer will be responsible for:
- Work within the R&D team helping multiple areas of the business to aid with their data manipulation requirements.
- Help to maintain the database infrastructure hosted on the Azure Platform
- Work with developers to create and update the main schema.
The SQL Developer will have the following:
- Previous experience as a SQL Developer or similar role
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft SQL Server
- Azure SQL Platform Experience
- Excellent T-SQL query skills (including views, functions, and stored procedures)
- Index Building and Maintenance
- Query Optimisation
- Data Security
- Identify opportunities to improve database processes and tooling
- Build appropriate and useful reporting deliverables
- Solid technical knowledge and experience with current technologies and products.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of managing large scale databases
