Technical Support Technician – Haywards Heath – Up to £31k
On behalf of our industry-leading client, we are recruiting for an enthusiastic Technical Support Technician to join their Haywards Heath Office. As Technical Support Technician, you will be occasionally expected to work anti-social hours for specific project tasks and support the Field Services Team.
The Technical Support Technician will have the following:
- Strong IT troubleshooting experience, with previous experience, gained working on a service desk to include Software experience.
- Experience using ticket management systems.
- Proactive resolutions and expectation management experience
- Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, SharePoint
- SCCM / Intune understanding is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a good personality, be approachable, friendly and manage internal stakeholders needs.
