Telecoms Engineer- Bolton - £32k
Adria Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Telecoms Engineer to join a growing company based in Bolton. You will work within their existing service and engineering team on the installation, maintenance, commissioning, and support of systems.
As Telecoms Engineer you will be responsible for the new installations of telephone systems, hosted handsets, cabling, additions to existing systems, maintenance, and fault-finding on existing telephone systems. You will liaise with customers to ensure that technical queries are resolved within their agreed SLA and diagnose and resolve faults in a timely and professional manner.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working with IP Networking, Switches, Routers, and SIP Trunks
- Experience working on hosted platforms
- Extensive experience in at least one of the following systems: NEC, Mitel, Aastra, Siemens HiPath, Unify X
