Urban Designer – Birmingham - £40k - £50k

You’ll be working in the safety net that is the residential sector in these uncertain times.

The business has several other key sectors from Health, to Education to Sport to Commercial.

You’d be hard-pressed to find 2 years of solid work already booked anywhere, but this business has plenty of work already won for an Urban Designer.

You’ll be mostly working from home, possibly even after the pandemic. They will provide laptops and software licenses, you will provide the unique knowledge and experience of somebody who knows the Residential design and layout world. You’ll be able to explain to a client why they can only fit 40 units into a site and not 120, have a basic understanding of things like highways and drainage and a creative spark wouldn’t hurt.

We’re accepting CVs until the role is filled, this could be an immediate start, but we’ll wait if there’s a notice period involved.
